I've had no signal for 3 days and after checking on the 02 site to be told that "engineers are working on a fault",I've registered for updates but received nothing. I've also tried online chat but it doesn't seem to be working, does anyone know what's going on?

O2 never give timescales for repairs.
As it's showing as a fault, they are aware and will be fixing it asap.
You'll get updates if you're registered once there's something to tell you.
