I was forced over to o2 from virgin media way back when it happened. I never however got an email about migrating my account, so now I cant login to my o2 because I should "expect an email", or when I try login with my email and my number, it says number is registered to another user.
Great service this is, Can't get through to anyone on the phone, live chat is none existent.
