Cannot log into My O2 (password)

I know I am using the correct password.

Username is correct.

• Attempted log in and was told I have the wrong details.
• I reset the password and then tried to log back in with new pw and was still told that I have the wrong details.
• I then went to reset it again but used the password I had just used and it told me that I cannot use my current password as my new password.
• I tried to log in as normal using the now confirmed password and was told I have the wrong password.

That said, as soon as I try to click into anothe rpage it tells me to log in again and is telling me that I am using the wrong details, but those details allowed me to log in here! bonkers!
