Hi,

I am currently having trouble logging into my MyO2, I cant login to view my account on my laptop, tried different browsers, tried firewall and antivirus settings, tried restarting my router.

I also cant login to the MyO2 app on my iphone.

I can however login to MyO2 using IPVanish connected to a glasgow server, this is how I am able to message just now. I have tried customer support and they couldnt help.

Is O2 blocking my Virgin IP? if so can it be unblocked? I cant think of a reason why it is

Please help

Can you login on mobile data?

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply, yes using my O2 data I can login no problem on my iphone, switch my wifi back on and I cant view billing or login,

Ive changed username and password, even gave my laptop a different static ip, tried loads of different ways, it seems o2 are blocking access from my router or virgin is? I have no idea

Have you tried refreshing your DNS in the router?

I'm using Virgin brodband and it's working for mr so it's not a blanket Virgin ip block.

Hi @MI5

I was able to flush dns on windows have you any idea how to on the router? ive tried searching but all I found was about business accounts.

I also tried using googles DNS and that didnt work either, just find it strange i can login through IPvanish no probs, makes me think its my virgin ip

You'll need to login to your router settings control panel.

Probably 192.168.0.1

The login details are on your router and the password is different to your wifi password.
