Cancel Disney+ subscription

Good afternoon, I have just availed of the free Disney+ subscirption. I would like to cancel it now so I don'r forget and get charged at the end of the trial. I can't find how to do that. Is anyone help to help? Many thanks in advance

Try cancelling on the Disney website or call customer service on any of the numbers in the link @Lynne2

You can manage your extras from your my o2 app, so you should be able to cancel your extra there. If it's not available it might be you need to update the app.

I’ve looked in the my o2 app to try and find it but to no avail, I can’t find it there at all. I’ve looked to see if there is an update for the app and I’m pretty sure there isn’t one. I’m worried that I won’t be able to end the free 6 months subscription before it rolls over and I’ll have to pay. Is there a link or any information that you could give, to help me find my extras?
