I have just did what someone said on another post and by uninstalling the my o2 app and reinstall it again on my mobile phone and tablet but there is a problem there I can't reinstall the my o2 app as it says that my device isn't compatible with this version when I can't see now when my oppo phone and my Samsung tablet are that old yet to be uncomfortable for version of the my o2 app.

This seems that be a very wide spread issue. None with and Android I know can install it. I think it will be fixed soon. But no official comms yet, which would have helped.

Thanks and regards,
Alexander

And don't remove it, or that's your lot? Ok, thanks for the heads-up, @AlexanderMTTH, and is there any official line from O2,@Martin-O2 or @RafaC or @Breanna?
