Can't pay online

I still have 'theres been a problem' message when trying to pay device plan on app. It's been there for like 6 months. I've reported it. It's still there. I've deleted app and reinstalled. I now have to queue on the phone to pay my bill. It's so annoying.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
