Can't log on to O2 app to open roaming service when our side of UK

Hello O2,

 

I'm currently outside of UK, before i leave i didn't get the roaming service for this number [edited]. When i need to use this number to deal with things back at home, i can't even log on to My O2 to open this service. please help! 😞

Please try to log-in when you are in range of a good WiFi signal (say in your hotel or in a cafe) and connect to https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin to get to your MyO2.

As regards getting connected when out and about, some things to try:
Check data roaming is enabled in your phone settings.
Manually search for another network.
Turn off 5G in your phone SMS Preferred Network settings.

Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media, links all in the link just below - they should be able to help.
