Can't access my free extras??

Recently upgraded my finished contract to a cheaper pay-monthly sim. The offer included like 6 months of a free extra but I couldn't decide which to go for at the time and decided to leave it. Fast forward a month, I went on MyO2 to select Amazon Music but it's gone. I then click on Disney+ but it says I have to pay the full fee?? How do I get my initial deal?

You have to choose within the first 30'days so tour only chance now is to call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
