Hi @Ross76 and welcome.

You haven't really given us too much to work with but the first question to ask is, have you got O2 insurance. If so, you need to claim via that (depending on why your phone is broken.

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/o2-insurance

If not, you have two choices

1) Ring the manufacturer if the phone is still under warranty and has developed a fault OR

2) Contact O2 if it needs to be repaired.

Hope that helps.

I was sent a new phone recently through my insurance as my old one had a cracked screen bit the replacement is extremely slow and freezes plus the battery doesn't last as long. I am very upset by this considering I had to pay £70 excess

Hi @Nicola1026

Then you need to contact your insurance and tell them the phone isn't fit for purpose and you want it changed.

If it's o2 insurance give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202.

Or you can message them on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
