Why is the bills increasing when I’m not using any data?

There was the annual RPI increas in April https://www.o2.co.uk/prices  apart from that we wouldn't know?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

You need to check your bills in My O2 to see where the extra charges
