Hello, I have received my monthly bill and my disney + extra has been added on twice? Its charging me for my current month and a month in advance? I just wondered why this has happened.

Were you on a promotion before @Chloe36 - for example, 3 months free - and has that just run out?

Yes, it is to do with the 3 month Disney + promotion. I can't quite remember what they said but the charge is correct.
