Hello,

 

i recently upgraded to a new iPhone 13..I had to pay £155 off to upgrade..but I paid it off but you still took my bill

Your billing date will remain the same even if you upgrade

If they took the full amount again then you need to call

O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

(or the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217 )
