Billing me for something I never approved or use

Good day,

 

You are billing me with monthly payment for something I have never approved or ever used.

 

My account number on the email is: given when in chat

 

Please discontinue this immediately.

 

I cannot go onto the phone to do this as I do not have the sim or an active phone with this number in use.
