Billing and unable to access my account on the O2 App

Hi, I’ve been trying to log in to my O2 App to sort out my billing and it won’t work, I’ve recently just seen that O2 have just tried to take out £550 pound out of my account and I’m trying to understand why? I’ve had money in my account so O2 can take money out of it and I keep getting letters saying I’ve failed payments, however taking over 500 quid out is insane. A little bit more light on the situation and maybe letting me into my account would help me sort out this situation!

@Harvey12 You can speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

You can also call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202 or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
