Hi,

I recently topped up my account with 20 pounds, thinking that as my rolling plan rolled over into the next month it would take money from my balance of 20 pounds.
My plan didn’t do this and it took 20 pounds direct debited from my bank account instead. Is there a way that the 20 pounds I have on my O2 account can be credited back to me as it is not doing anything?

@Everettb32

Rolling plans can only be renewed by a continuous payment authority on your card. Additional payments are just added as credit.

Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans"

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I think that the answer for you might be to switch to a Big Bundle :-

Big Bundles: Eveything you need to know – Help and Support | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

These renew using the credit in your PAYG "account" rather than using your continuous payment authority. Hence, I think that a Big Bundle would utilise the balance of twenty quid that you have accidentally accrued onto your "account".

If you don't mind 10gb of data less per month...

True @MI5, but it is one possible avenue for the OP to explore.
