I am autistic and dyslexic, and I find o2 AI Blot impossible to work with. I need a human person to talk to, not a BLOT that does not answer my question.
UK Banking solution makes it easy for disabled autistic people to speak to humans.
Going round and round on Blot does not help o2 customers with disabled people.
What are o2 going to do to help people like me?
