Activation Error Amazon Music Unlimited Extra

Hi. Has anyone encountered a problem when trying to activate the free for 6 months Amazon Music Unlimited extra? I received the extra after signing up to 12 month sim only and have tried to activate it via the email link from O2 and also through the MyO2 app numerous times but receive an error message after getting past the log-in page on Amazon - 'Activation Error. We've encountered a problem. Please try again. Back to O2'. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.

Loads of problems with the Amazon extras.

Hopefully you already have an Amazon account? If not you need to create one.

If still having issues then you need to call O2.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, i already have an Amazon account so that's definitely not the problem.
Thanks for the link to O2 phone numbers but unsure of who i'd need to speak to (if i could get through at all!) as it's not an emergency or fraud/theft etc related.

I'm in the same position. I can't activate and would like to swap to another extra, but doubt I can since its impossible to contact O2.
