My question is if you forget your my02 password you can put in a mobile number and request a code. It seems anyone can do this and get the code to type in. It then asks for an answer to 1 of 3 questions to be able to make a new password. For instance if someone knows your account number then they can type that in and then are able to reset the password. Is this correct or does the code have to go to the 02 number that's linked up to the email address. I don't quite understand?

The code will only be sent to the phone number that O2 have for the account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Any security actions taken mean the texts etc go directly to the phone linked to your account.

Edited to add, If your phone is lost and stolen, this is why it's important to report it asap.
