Accessing Mobile past bills

Hi!

I need to access and download my past bills. I have just been moved from Virgin Mobile to O2. Virgin Mobile is completely incapable to help me access my past bills. Their virtual assistant is hopeless. Please help!

Not sure if your old bills are transferred too but try this Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
