I haven’t used My O2 for ages. I have a login email but I can’t remember my password nor the answer to the security question. Is there anything I can do about this?

There is a "forgotten password" option which will send a password reset link to the registered email.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
