Just wanted to thank @O2Lisa for all her help, and time, and most importantly "understanding" looking into my "Paid Up Front For Life" account. I realise our accounts are quite old and a bit odd, and its hard to explain on the phone to customer services. So I was so grateful for 02lisa's help. Pleased to say a new sim has arrived, thanks to o2Lisa, so fingers crossed all is well and our accounts should continue to work with the upcoming o2 network changes, mentioned in the letter, with the new sims. Though not been brave enough to swap it just yet, just incase there is a hiccup. Has anyone on a PUFL account swapped their sim?

Yes they do, customers accounts will continue as normal as long as they are used regularly
Anyone else on the PUFL accounts had the email from o2 saying, "From 2 August we'll be moving you onto the latest version of our Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement, which...
Its seems charges outside our allowed usage will change, but I assume as we are PUFL there is not the monthly charge, and that our usage allowance will stay the same and not be altered by this?
