I find it difficult to find past month's usage on the this webite. I don't mean bills but waht you actually used in mins, texts and calls. It is easier on the app

Hi @harroldian if you find it easier to use the app then do that or if you have a contract then you can download the new o2 Ask app which is basically the same but slightly more easier to navigate

Which still hasn't been announced officially yet...so I expect it to be full of glitches and stuff that needs ironing out. slight_frown
