o2 "discount"???

This morning I received a call from 01262 679743 and a foreign gentleman said he was from o2 and wanted to offer me 40% off my Bill for 12 months. I replied that I would contact o2 directly and hung, then immediately blocked the number. I doubt that I am alone here, as this seems to be happening all too often!!!

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
