for over two months i have had an issue with my phone scambling-with horrendous noise when being used and dropping calls. this only happens in one location-MY HOME.

 

yesterday I spoke with Apple and spent 2 hours resoring the factory settings

 

Today-it is just the same.

 

A tradesman visited my house today-and guess what-he is with 02 and had the same exact issue-he's never had it before.

I JUST GOT CONNECTED TO O2 AFTER A 20 MINUTE WAIT FROM MY LANDLINE AND THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE, PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. I COULD CRY
