Has anyone had problems porting a number from an O2 account to a new O2 account?
I've been waiting for 3 weeks for O2 to do this, but they don't seem able to, and their Customer Service team seems unable to help.

O2 need to migrate the number from one account to the other
It's a simple process so I don't know why there should be any issues

Same issue for me, it has been over 5 weeks since joined o2 from vodaphone but can't port my number. No support whatsoever, I'm paying monthly both o2 & vodaphone currently. Nightmare

Why can't you port your number @NR3 ?
If you've been trying for over 5 weeks your PAC will have expired.
Get a new one from Vodaphone, and then follow the process outlined in this guide:
Guide: Migration & porting into O2
