delivery of upgrade by uk mail

I am still waiting delivery of my ugrade by uk mail, why would anyone use this company , they have a a phone number which is always engaged, and the one time I got through, after imputting information they required, ,the recorded message said, thank you for calling uk mail and hung up...............................

Yep, pretty rubbish judging by the complaints we get on here.

Hi @Anonymous I can only think it will get a lot worse at this time of year with the lead up to Christmas. You must persevere with O2 though. It is actually their job to ensure you get your phone. They are the people who should be chasing up UK Mail....http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
