Why is 02 very expensive with very little data? I cannot wait for my contract to run out, to change.

I definitely cannot wait to change network, I think 02 is the most expensive phone network, you are ripping your loyal customers off.

Sim only deals are always better value that handset contracts

I assume the £52 includes the handset as well.

I have an o2 esim from esim.net and it costs £18 per month that is upto 650GB of data, unlimited calls and texts although no premium rate numbers or outside EU roaming....

I pay £17 a month on airtime alone and £19 for the handset which they recently merged into one payment so I can't separate them, and only get 1gb of data a month. Considering they're offering a SIM only contract currently for 30gb for a tenner this is literally insane!? Clearly data is not that expensive so giving so little and offering extortionate bolt ons (an extra 1gb for £11 ) is morally wrong.... Two more years of this....

Why is it morally wrong data costs money, and o2 are not a charity but a business.. I would suggest you look at how much peering bandwidth costs..

And you can look at other plans by checking myo2.

@Anonymous987 If you're not happy you can pay off the remainder of your contract and move on any time:

I see the word 'loyal' raises its head frequently

I translate it as "At renewal time I couldn't be bothered to look around to see it I could do better".

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Agree, I can get a 1TB 30 day contract on 3 for £19 per month, or my current favourite is Spusu £1 for 5GB....

People need to use a bit of common and research
