Re: Claiming free gift.
I was contacted by o2 to say i can claim my free gift, only when i have tried to do so it is not allowing this, I would like to know why would i have to go through all these questuons when you already have that info and then not being able to claim that which i payed for, its the reason for buying that model because it came with the free gift.

Someone mentioned a few days ago having problem with the code ; there was a "circle" in it and having tested it and failed with a capital "O" and a lower-case "o", it worked with a number "0" - a zero.
Hence, if it is the code that is troubling you, copying and pasting rather than retyping it might be the answer.
