Hope you can help , i have an order from last Thursday that still hasn’t been dispatched, i have talked to the chat bot he says go on app, i have downloaded app but it wont let me log in , when i log in on web it says order needs 48Hrs , it said that from the start can u help me please or give me an email address i can contact for help thanks
