First I'm told it's seamless, but I now have zero signal. Them I'm told multiple customers have the same problem so Switch it off and on again, but I still have no signal. We will send you a test text...yeah, try it, I HAVE NO SIGNAL. Ah you need a new SIM then. Got the new SIM,, 24 hours later still no signal. Contacted O2 again. Don't worry, it takes a while. Give it 24 hours. 24 hours later and I STILL HAVE NO SIGNAL.
