Badly Treated by Carphone Warehouse.
Pathetic O2 using such a disgraceful company who bully people. Well not this guy.
I am leaving O2 when contract is up.
I am due an Upgrade and Carphone Warehouse ring me 6/7 times A DAY. I have had to block the number. Now they txt me.
I answered two of their calls on Saturday to tell them to stop bothering me. CHARGED FOR THRE MINUTES EACH CALL AND £8.00
Bloody disgrace. Went to complain. waited 28 MINUTES on the phone onlyto get cut-off.
Rang back . Waited 12 minutes to be answered only to be toldto ring back in 4 days to dispute the calls
PATHETIC O2, PATHETIC!!!
DEAL WITH A COMPLAINT AND DON'T FOB CUSTOMERS OFF!!!.

You can't be charged for incoming calls and CPW are an independent company with nothing to do with O2 at all - They deal with EE and Voda too so any complaint you have is with them and has no place on here, I'm afraid.
