I upgraded on the 15th Aug and since then it’s been stuck processing in the system, I have tried countless times on the phone to get the order cancelled so I can upgrade again but nobody has sorted this out, I got a manager to call me and he didn’t sort it either, I don’t know what to do anymore as I’m now stuck with the previous contract phone that keeps turning off and looking at having to buy a new battery for it, ridiculous as I shouldn’t even be using this phone now. I’ve emailed complaints and had no response, I simply do not know what to do anymore. Help
