Upgrade dispatch email CC'd in my email address but the name is my ex from 10+ years ago, any help?

Hi,

I upgraded on 27/7/2023, after this i received my dispatch email from o2shop@o2mail.

The CC was "Betty Crocker" (name change for privacy) when i click on the email to find out why satan had been CC'd in it was MY email with her name on it?

In MY O2, the same email is all my credentials with no mention of "Betty"

so my questions are:

- How do i change it?

- How do i stop it?

Other correspondence from O2 does not CC this person in. (even though its my email)

Any help or guidance appreciated.

Irrelevant context the reason that its triggering, we had a 10 year old son together and i recently found out im not his biological father, Betty and i havent been together for 9ish years and i'm happily married with a 5 year old and i would just like all traces of her name removed from my life... if nothing can be done i'll take out a new account next time.
