i have received the most appalling service today, I upgraded my phone and used the link I was emailed to place my order, after following the instructions I and putting my payment info in the website crashed and my order didn't go though, however my payment went through despite me not having confirmed the order.
I have been told now that it will take 7 days for me to refunded and I was asked to place the order again and pay a further £195.00, then had the nerve to tell me they couldn't promise me it wouldn't crash again.
I needed the phone to be delivered tomorrow which isn't going to happen, as a result I have contacted my solicitor and I will cancel both m contracts and I am also in charge of my work contracts which are with o2, over 400 employers with phones, I will be cancelling this on Monday, ****** company.

Appalling. You do have a 14 day cooling off period so you are within your rights to cancel the order that didnt go through. However you will have to pay all the other contracts off before you cancel.....
