This time it is good bye

After several years helping I feel I can nolonger help in here as the community is now not a community but 1 persons view of what it should be.

I yesterday sent my complaint to the complaints review service and feel until that is resolved it would be hypocritical to post here.

I hope that the others that I know feel the same will also refrain from posting until an outcome is issued.

You have my support on this, I have stopped offering technical help in the broadband section until this issue is resolved.

Please keep us informed of the outcome of your complaint.

I have had a response and will be talking to o2 tommrow.

I will be posting in a limited capacity for a while until I see results of the complaint.
