He did not mention the word Lockdown. I thought he was advising people and stating the police would be deployed to disperse crowds. Yet again he appeared to be avoiding the word LOCKDOWN?

Until all the local councils close the parks there can't be a total lockdown.

He may not have used the word, @Cleoriff, but for all intents and purposes it is. There won't be any reason to be going out anyway if everything is shut down. One of my friends posted this on Facebook. I'm sure you'll appreciate it.

As I posted last night, I am self isolating anyway. Cancelled my cleaner and the guy who was coming to do a carpentry job.
