Terrible customer services

Spent 3 nights last week on live chat trying to get connected to upgrade team but after 20-25 mins nightly gave up. Have cancelled current contract. Tried again tonight, waited 35 mins to get connected and as agent connected appeared to time out and at a loss again to discuss upgrade. Continually told " call at 0800" this does not suit my working day and seeing CS team open to 11pm, can't figure out if they are so busy or it's a 1 man team running it. Sort out upgrade team ASAP or at least have option to get call back!

Probably better not to use live chat for this, they're often busy and not always reliable.

 

You could upgrade via MyO2 online but not sure if that will work if you've cancelled your existing contract.

Therein lies the problem, I want to speak to someone direct either online or phone to check on all Tariffs as have been offered good deal on different network. As much as I would like to remain on O2, they don't seem to make the effort to retain me by not answering or keeping me hanging on for ages.

As advised above phone earlier during the day when it's quieter around 8.30am or go in to your local store & upgrade
