Hi guys,
I need to do a bit of investigating.
I've heard from a few members that they have experienced issues with signing into the community.
The issue is that you enter your login credentials, but are then re-directed back to the sign-in page again, even though you are technically logged in.
Have you experienced this?
If so, I'll need to know which device and OS (if applicable) you are using please.
A big thanks to @Anonymous for flagging it to me
Cheers!

I have no problems.
The only time I'm directed to sign in twice is if I'm not signed into the forum and am reading a post and hit reply.

The problem I have is as follows:
When I am on mobile, not signed in and decide I want to comment on a topic:
- I press the "comment" button
- I am taken to the sign in page, where I enter my email address and password and press the submit button
- I am then asked to sign in again (without any errors on the screen), so I enter my email address and password then press the submit button
- I am taken back to the topic I was on, signed in, and I can leave a comment.
First sign in page: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin?theme=community&redirectreason=notregistered&sendTo=http%3A%2F%2Fco...
Second sign in page: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin?theme=community&redirectreason=notregistered&sendTo=http%3A%2F%2Fco...
As you can see, they are both different URLs...

It seems that there is a pattern forming (i.e. when replying to a message). Keep your accounts coming and do let any other members know about this thread if you contact them.

And I reckon, from a phone or tablet using mobile internet or wifi hotspot.
I note that @Anonymous says "no problems" but then goes on to confirm having to sign in twice when reading before replying, which is the same experience that others have when using mobile or wifi hotspots.
I suggest you verify with those experiencing the double sign on, what they are using and how they are connecting.
