I noticed that the main O2 Search function produces no results when Voicemail or Voice mail is entered.

 

I would have thought a mobile phone service provider would have web pages providing users with details, including everything from the number to dial, to its set up and features.

....and you are quite correct the search produces no results though if you go to the help and support there is a direct link. It might be an idea to provide a search link. The search box there and on the community is not much use. Google is far easier and superior in every way.

Thanks for that. Just checked it again now and the search reply has been changed - taking a user to eventually find it. Did my comments prompt a change!
