Scam calls

Just received scam call from 033301116648 trying to offer me  a better deal. They send two message that appear to come from O2, second one has a five digit code which the caller was asking me to tell him. Did not give and got my step daughter to waste as much time with the caller as possible. Reported to customer service, they were not interested in pursuing matter and hung up on me. That very poor customer service

You did right, never give the code that O2 send you to anyone

It's a well known scam
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
