SMS not sending to 64100

I have been trying to text 64100 for a few weeks for the competition radio shows do and it keeps failing. I have tried turning phone off and on, making sure its updated etc 

Does anyone else have this too or any advice on how to fix?

I have an iPhone 12 pro Max

Check in My O2 to see if you have a spend cap on your account. This would be the reason those texts aren't sending
