Tried to cancel my phone contact over 90 minutes on the phone and no further forward. Tried to complain and all they did was put me back in the wait queue. I’ll be moving provider as soon as I can - really poor service

Just text PAC to 65075 and give the code to a new provider
That will automatically cancel your account and produce a final bill
