I would recommend that everyone deal directly with the phone manufacturer whenever possible. Using Anovo would be a desperate last choice for me.

That link gives me : 404 | Page Not Found!

Also MSE got over excited claiming it had blocked a virus after I tried that link. Smiley Frustrated

Same here, and it crashed my computer. Clearly the computer doesn't like the idea either. Smiley LOL

I reckon there was something wrong with that page as it seems to be gone now, or O2 regarded it as sensitive information and asked them to remove it.
