Hi,
Does anyone know how to leave positive feedback for helpful members of staff at O2?
I just got off the phone with a lovely representative, Elizabeth Rowins (may be spelling her last name wrong, could be Rowinns too 😅) she helped me to change my forgotten security question, with no aggro, and was wonderful in assisting me with some travel charges. I did not know I was meant to call O2 about not using O2 Travel before I travelled and incurred some charges despite having an e-SIM in the country I went to, she clarified this and then consulted her manager about dealing with the charges to help me out. Thank you for your speedy, kind and helpful support. I hope this reaches her and/or management or I can get pointers on an email address to send this to.
