So I just got sent a text regarding "festive rewards" which provides this web address to head to (REMOVED)

but it comes back as "Internal Server Error" - is it a fake/scam or something else?

I normally don't ever bother with these texts but the winter ones usually offer some decent things so was interested but now concerned I shouldn't have bothered??

Definitely looks like a scam. Never click on links you're unsure of or answer cold calls, no matter how enticing.

Please remove the link in your post so no one accidentally clicks on it. Go to the down facing arrow above the date and time in your post and click Edit Reply.

Does url start v.o2

If it does then its legit and should point to Priority or the App, sometimes they send them out before someone has clicked publish

Best thing is to use the Priority Apps and check direct in there...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Yeh sorry - I had replied earlier but O2 was being awkward & not putting it on as I wasn't signed in, & it wouldn't then let me sign in.  Anyway - yes, the link did indeed start with v.O2 but that made me more unsure and when it then didn't open up the expected link, I figured safer to check.  So sorted now, but at least I've gained a lot of valuable info in the process so thanks everyone for that!
