o2 is the most incompetent and unprofessional service I’ve ever seen. it’s been WEEKS since I’ve tried to cancel my order and so far after numerous online chats and phone calls, NOTHING’S been done and I’ve yet to receive my refund. The closest I ever got to fulfilling my wish led to one of their employees just hanging up on me out of the blue?? This was my first time shopping here and the lack of communication and clarity is frankly appalling and I will never shop here again.
