May I ask why O2 seemingly refuse to list RAM for the phones they sell? This is really annoying for brands that offer multiple spec version.

I guess a question for @Chris_K ?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks for the tag @MI5

Welcome to the O2 Community @Matt1971. Addressing your question directly, I have to admit this isn't something that tends to come up often at all via the Community or even on our wider Social Media accounts, but I can understand where you're coming from especially these days where there can be specification differences even within the same device family.

I've highlighted this internally and we'll look into if/how we can improve the specification details we display on our website. This isn't likely to be a quick solution though so in the meantime can I ask what device(s) you're interested in and I can check and confirm the specs for you?
