Product warranty/replacement

Hello, I have a quick question.

I bought a Samsung S7 Edge LED Flip Case, in store on the 26/03/2016. Today, the LEDs on the case have stopped working.

Would I be able to get a replacement if I were to take it back to the o2 store I purchased it from?

I have tried to get an answer from Twitter but they havent responded to my tweet. I have also tried ringing the store 3 times this morning and havent been able to get through.

Thanks for any advice/information.
David.

Yes, take it with receipt as it should be replaced. It's not viable to repair most accessories so just swap them

It's only 3 months old so should be replaced as @viridis says. Best of luck wink

12 months warranty - fit for purpose - statutory rights, blah blah blah......
(just in case they play you up ;))

Also, "last a reasonable length of time" just incase they claim it was fit for purpose when sold.

If they get obstructive don't forget your legal rights. I think I remember reading that accessories have a 6 month warranty?
