Hi hoping someone can help because it seems that O2 are having an issue to help?

 

Tried to place an order for Apple Ultra 2 but got a message back saying Unfortunately there’s a problem with your account. 

Haven’t even got to the credit check part this is before and have also spoken to Credit File Referrals who assure me the restriction had been overridden but tried again with no joy.

 

Online sales team seem to be getting the same message when trying there end.

Keep on to sales to sort their issue out
